By downloading or using EVE Nexus ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.
Description
EVE Nexus is a third-party companion app for EVE Online. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to CCP Games.
Permitted Use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to assist with EVE Online gameplay.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App to violate EVE Online's Terms of Service
- Attempt to circumvent the Pro upgrade via unauthorized means
In-App Purchases
EVENexus offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (EVENexus Supporter, $0.99/month or local equivalent) that removes advertisements and supports continued development. All app features are free for everyone; the subscription is not required to use any feature. On Android, payment is processed by Google Play Billing and the subscription is managed through your Google Play account. On iOS, payment is processed by the Apple App Store and the subscription is managed through your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your store's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their respective policies and applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Fitting calculations (DPS, EHP, capacitor) aim for accuracy but may differ from in-game values due to game updates, rounding, or unsupported mechanics. Do not rely on App calculations for real-money or high-stakes in-game decisions without verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Termination
We may discontinue the App at any time. Your locally stored data remains yours.
